BIG BANG UNICO SAPPHIRE GALAXY
If i have to explain this timepiece in a very simple way, i would say :
« A disruptive creation with a rainbow bezel on top »
Its case shape, skeleton dial, the famous « H » screws and in-house chronograph movement makes it very recognizable. I was directly attracted by the 48 baguette cut stones which bring an interesting contrast within an environment basically transparent.
Let’s quickly break down the dial : Central Minutes/Hours hands, a 60 seconds counter at 9 o’clock, a 60 minutes chronograph counter at 3 o’clock with a date window and a 60 seconds graduation in the inner bezel. That’s about it ! and yes, a lot of 60…
The in-house calibre HUB 1242 is pretty nice! I love the fact that the date part is visible and moves either alone or through the crown if you’re setting it. Except the bezel, everything around the calibre is meant to be transparent. I guess that the apertures on the hour & minutes hands are quite small to facilitate the time reading, which is fine.
If you are into « rainbow » bezels and want to visually explore the inside of your watch, that’s (as far as i know) the only option available on the market! so have you ever heard the motto : « Be the first, different and unique » ?
