LUMINOR SUBMERSIBLE 1950 BMG-TECH

PANERAI’S NEW MATERIAL : BMG-TECH!

The BMG-TECH is a metallic glass (Bulk Metallic Glass) offering very interesting characteristics. Extremely resistant, Light, with High Strength, the appearance of your Luminor Submersible 1950 BMG-TECH will remain intact over the years.

The material required a lot of research and development. For instance, the alloy is made of zirconium, copper, aluminium, titanium and nickel! Quite a complicated recipe, right? and not only its aesthetic is wonderful but also the calibre P.9010

100% in-house, the calibre P.9010 is a self winding movement. The seconds indication is at 9 o’clock and the date at 3 o’clock. You can also quickly set the hour hand thanks to a special mechanism moving it exclusively through the crown.

A unidirectional rotating bezel is also available with a clear white (or luminescent) dot to show the position of your choice visually.

We really like the LUMINOR SUBMERSIBLE 1950 BMG-TECH and also the open door that the material leaves to the brand. We can’t wait to see its futur applications…

Congratulations! PANERAI.
